Month Of Jun

 Hello hello! It’s me! Wendy woo. I am absolutely loving the freedom to just be me and chill out wherever I want! Whether it be the sensory room, art activities, iSing and even joining in with the staff meeting. I love it.  Watching my friends do woodwork, or being right in the center of a performance, this is how I roll. I love to listen, clap and sway to the beats and rhythm.One of the lovely parents also brought us yummy fish and chips to the centre. What a treat!

I love catching all the great vibes at the sensory place with Life in Color, street food, and the cozy fireplace, as well as enjoying Blues On Beale. To top it all off, I had the most peaceful morning at Tye Park listening to my music and enjoying the sunshine. I'm just living my life, doing what makes me happy, and being entirely myself!

The month of May!

Hello hello, Wendy Woo speaking!. I did some great work on my personal book and it was finally ready to take home with me! I also lent a helping hand with making birthday cards and really enjoyed watching my friends while they were crafting beautiful autumn projects. For our upcoming performance, my friends started practicing the song "Eagle Rock," and I had an awesome time playing the tambourine right along with them! When it's time to relax, I love watching my favorite music, movies, or Planet Earth, either on my iPad or in the sensory room. Lately, I've really enjoyed immersing myself in the magical imagery of far-away inner galaxies, ice crystals, and watching The Greatest Showman. Well that is it from me I am off to find a space to be me

 

Rose gardens

  I had a lovely time enjoying the sunshine, visiting the Tauranga rose gardens. I relaxed listening to music and enjoyed a peaceful walk around .

Ten-pin bowling

Went ten-pin bowling with my friends today. We had a great time playing the game together and It was a lot of fun to hang out.

 

Afternoon cleaning

I love being a key part of afternoon cleaning at the centre .As it helps me feel useful. I ook great pride helping to fold the cleaning cloths.

 

Quirks cafe

 I had a lovely morning at Quirks cafe with my friends. We made our own Stamp art and  I had yummy caramel slice and lemonade.

Pamper morning

 I loved the feeling of the moisturizer on my hands and getting a back massage during our pamper moring. I felt very relaxed while listening to panflute music. I sat plaing with a sqishy fidget ball.
