Mindfulness

 Today I did yoga in mindfulness, I really enjoyed it 

Blocks in planet earth sensory

 I got these blocks out in my planet earth sensory session to look at the different colours. I like to tip them all out on the floor and then put them back into the basket. I enjoyed the different smells of aromatherapy too.
