The month of May!

Hello hello, Wendy Woo speaking!. I did some great work on my personal book and it was finally ready to take home with me! I also lent a helping hand with making birthday cards and really enjoyed watching my friends while they were crafting beautiful autumn projects. For our upcoming performance, my friends started practicing the song "Eagle Rock," and I had an awesome time playing the tambourine right along with them! When it's time to relax, I love watching my favorite music, movies, or Planet Earth, either on my iPad or in the sensory room. Lately, I've really enjoyed immersing myself in the magical imagery of far-away inner galaxies, ice crystals, and watching The Greatest Showman. Well that is it from me I am off to find a space to be me

 

Rose gardens

  I had a lovely time enjoying the sunshine, visiting the Tauranga rose gardens. I relaxed listening to music and enjoyed a peaceful walk around .

Ten-pin bowling

Went ten-pin bowling with my friends today. We had a great time playing the game together and It was a lot of fun to hang out.

 

Afternoon cleaning

I love being a key part of afternoon cleaning at the centre .As it helps me feel useful. I ook great pride helping to fold the cleaning cloths.

 

Quirks cafe

 I had a lovely morning at Quirks cafe with my friends. We made our own Stamp art and  I had yummy caramel slice and lemonade.

Pamper morning

 I loved the feeling of the moisturizer on my hands and getting a back massage during our pamper moring. I felt very relaxed while listening to panflute music. I sat plaing with a sqishy fidget ball.

Painting

 I helped to paint our yellow submarine  while listening to music this week. It's going to be used in the iSing performance. 

My music

I've been enjoing some time watching some of my favourite shows on the iPad, the Dick Van Dyke show and Barney. I love to bop along to my favourite tunes, it's my happy place.  

 

Tissues box

I had a great  morning with looking  for animals on magazines , and then I glued  them onto tissues  boxe. I enjoyed creative projects. 

 

Maxwells Park

 I had  a lovely morning with my friends,  I spent some relaxing time under sunshine  and listened to music ,Even watched  my friends flew the kite

Board game

I had great morning socializing with my friends playeing different board games like Memory & Guess who. It was lots of fun.

 

Rotary Park

I spent a wonderful morning with my friends at Rotary park .It was sunny & peaceful while I went for a stroll. 

 

Marigolds

I've kicked started the year by planting some Marigolds floweres for our center garden. I'm so excited to see the floweres coimg up in summer.

Storytelling

 I had a great relaxing listening on my ipad to some story telling. Theres something so peaceful about listening to a good Audio story.

Christmas party

I had a wonderful  morning at our Christmas party! 🥳 my friends  sang and we all  dance together .I also had yummy fish and chips  for lunch and ice cream for desert , Even I have got a Beautiful present.
