Circus fun

We had an awesome day today. All the three Centres got together and Circus in a Flash visited. We learned to do some cool stuff, check me out.

Music and friends

I made a new friend in sensory, we sat together and bounced up and down to the music, it was just awesome fun.

The pacific islands

Cultural studies group are studying the pacific islands and I decided to check it out for a bit. They had flower necklaces called “Leis” which are really colourful and caught my eye so I got to try one on. I thought it was pretty cool, and I reckon it suits me too! Might try the hula next!

Pom Pom fun

I love shaking these shiny Pom poms in music to the beat. My friend Michael joined me too and we had such fun! 

Highland games

Yesterday we hosted a Highland games and friends from Greerton and Te puke came to join in with us and do sports like egg and spoon race, volleyball, bowling, and targets. Check out my certificate!

Digging for bugs!

Check out what I helped make! I hid a whole heap of plastic bugs in a big container of kinetic sand and my friend Sophie went digging in it to find them all. I had fun getting the bugs and putting them in the container ready for hiding. It was super funny watching the others dig them back out I was laughing out loud and gave a big applause when all the bugs were found!

Sensory / Mirimiri

What a lovely hour of relaxation. I had a super relaxing foot massage with some moisturiser and we had some gentle music and a pretend aquarium on the tv with colourful fish swimming around. We had a roaring fire in the tv too!
